Once upon a time, I was commuting 4 hours a day.
I realized the way we hire, work and lead are fundamentally broken.
I have been in the legal industry for over 15 years working primarily with small to medium sized firms, specializing in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate Law and Family Law.
I have to admit, working in corporate roles was a love/hate relationship. I loved the creative side of my work, working with people and helping them get results, but as a creative and free spirit I struggled with the conformity of an office, regimented hours (7am to 7pm) and having to answer to unappreciative bosses. So, I took a leap of faith, to build my own dream and never looked back.
Through my passion for law and innovation, I founded Lawfecta, a virtual Paralegal and Legal Secretary support firm offering remote services to Attorneys and Law Firms throughout the United States. Lawfecta has put me at the forefront of issues impacting legal professionals in the technology realm, and I am focused on providing groundbreaking, value-driven solutions.
Today, with The Modern Paralegal, I use my years of online marketing skills and transformational consulting to help clients master their message, marketing and mindset and build a profitable business that feels good and brings in those dream clients every single day.
